As active ingredients, Lobelon contains matrix tinctures of plant and organic origin, and mineral components (per 1000 ml): Lobelia inflata 0 0.15 µl; Apis mellifica 0=D1 0.1 ml; Echinacea purpurea 0 15 µl; Vincetoxicum 0 0.02 ml; Atropa belladonna 0 0.02 ml; Lycopodium clavatum 0=D1 1 µl; Psychotria ipecacuanha 0=D1 1 µl; Sambucus nigra 015 µl; Kalium bichromicum 0=D2 0.5 ml; Kalium stibyltartaricum 0=D2 5 pl; Ferrum phosphoricum D4 Trituration 0.5 r; Acidum formicicum 0=01 0.05 ml; Hepar sulfur D4 Trituration 0.01 g, and also as auxiliary components: sodium chloride 9.0 g; water for injections up to 1000 ml.
Lobelon is produced packaged in 10 and 100 ml glass bottles of appropriate capacity, hermetically sealed with rubber stoppers and rolled in aluminum caps.
Lobelon is stored in the manufacturer's sealed packaging, separate from food and feed, in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature from 0°C to +25°C.
Lobelon should be stored out of the reach of children.
Unused medicinal product is disposed of in accordance with legal requirements.
Pharmacological properties
Lobelon belongs to complex homeopathic medicines. It has anti-inflammatory, antitussive, antibronchoconstrictor effects, regulates the production of bronchial mucus, and improves pulmonary ventilation.
Biologically active substances of plant, mineral and organic origin included in the drug in ultra-low concentrations stimulate the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-10, IL-4), regulate chemotaxis processes and the production of a number of biologically active substances (IL-10, IL-6 , IL-8, TNF-a), which play an important role in the development of inflammation and bronchospasm.

Application procedure
Lobelon is prescribed for therapeutic purposes to animals with respiratory diseases of the respiratory tract, including infectious etiology: nasopharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheobronchitis; bronchial asthma (as part of complex therapy).
A contraindication to the use of Lobelon solution for injection is individual intolerance to the components of the drug.
Symptoms of overdose in animals have not been established.

Doses and method of administration of lobelone
The drug is administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly. In severe cases, 1-2 times a day until clinical signs completely disappear.
The dose of the drug depends on the type and weight of the animal:
Horses: 1.0-2.0 ml per 100 kg of live weight (adjusted by a veterinarian depending on the physiological state, breed and age);
Dogs: 0.1 ml per 1 kg of live weight (minimum single dose – 0.5 ml, maximum single dose – 4.0 ml)
Cats: 0.1 ml per 1 kg of live weight (minimum single dose – 0.5 ml).
